We process your personal data in order to contact you by telephone when you have requested this, and/or to reach you in writing (by email and/or by post) should you be temporarily unavailable by phone. We may also use your personal data in connection with the execution of an agreement entered into with you.
How long is your data retained?
Your personal data is processed and stored using Microsoft Office 365, held within the European Union. Your data is retained for as long as is necessary for you and for us. When the data is no longer needed and there is no further reason to retain it, we will either transfer it to you in consultation (data portability) or securely destroy it.

We share your personal data with third parties only where this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
